SAG LLC (“SAG,” “we,” “us”) operates DealsOps at https://www.dealsops.com. This Policy explains how personal information is handled.
The Service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Who is responsible
SAG is the controller of data about people who visit the marketing site, request a demo, create an account, or pay us.
You are the controller of contacts, leads, and message content you load or generate. For that data SAG is the processor and acts on your instructions to run the Service.
SAG is not responsible for how you, your users, or a recipient use personal data after it leaves the Service (a meeting you book, a file you email, a post you publish).
Information we collect
From you: name, work email, company, role, team size, description of what you sell; account profile, workspace settings, billing email, seats; offers, strategies, lists, sequences, emails, calendar URLs, Loom URLs, notes, files; support tickets.
Demo requests: we accept company email domains and reject common personal providers (including Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, iCloud). That is a qualification rule, not a finding that the person is employed.
Payments: Stripe processes cards. We receive plan, payment status, and limited card metadata. We do not store full card numbers.
Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, approximate region, and cookies required to sign you in and to operate the public site.
From tools you connect: send/receive metadata from your email provider; Apollo results if you add a key; Calendly or Cal.com links; optional HubSpot fields if you connect HubSpot. We do not scrape LinkedIn.
How we use information
Operate, secure, and improve DealsOps; create demo organizations (live send off) when you request a demo; bill and collect; send account and product notices; detect abuse and enforce the Terms; comply with law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your contact lists to market SAG products to those people.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Contract; legitimate interests (security, B2B demo qualification, product operations); consent where required for non-essential cookies; legal obligation.
Sharing
We share personal information with hosting and infrastructure processors under contract; Stripe; vendors you connect; advisors and authorities when required by law or to protect rights.
We may publish de-identified statistics that do not reasonably identify a person.
Retention
Account data: for the life of the account and a reasonable period after (generally up to 24 months unless law requires longer). Billing records: as tax rules require. Customer lists: until you delete them or close the workspace, then on our backup cycle. Demo requests: until processed plus a short archive. Security logs: a limited period.
Security
HTTPS, access control, and workspace isolation. No transmission is perfectly secure. You must use unique passwords and limit seats. Platform operations pages are limited to SAG staff.
International transfers
SAG is in the United States. Use of the Service from elsewhere transfers data to the U.S. We use processor contracts where required.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing.
Account and billing contacts: privacy@sagintelligence.com or in-app tools.
People on a Customer list: contact that Customer. We will refer the request and assist as processor.
California: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CPRA for cross-context advertising of Customer lists. You may request to know, delete, or correct account data we control.
Cookies
Essential cookies run sessions and security. If we add analytics cookies on the public site, we will disclose them. You may block non-essential cookies in the browser.
Do not track
The Service does not respond to DNT signals.
Changes
We will post updates and change the date above. Material changes may be emailed to the Owner.
